Alright, so I work at a Tool and Die and we more than likely have the capability to make a lightweight crank pulley. I've been toying with the idea of making one for my car. My concern though is that I have a CVT. Will a lightweight crank pulley interfere with my transmission since there aren't fixed gear ratios and the computer decides which ratio by using methods that I don't quite understand? Is it even worth the attempt? I'm not looking to super tune my car but a little quicker revving would be nice. I just don't know how much they have factored in to the cvt. And if this turns out to be something I can do... Does anyone know where I can find a draft of the original to base the new design off of. I don't really want to take mine off just to measure it.
