It sound like you may have a strut mount binding. When you installed the springs did you pay attention to how the strut cap was mounted? They are sloped at the top. Pull the strut on the offending side and make sure you have in mounted correctly. Also check and make sure the washer is in place. DO NOT REMOVE THE TOP BOLT. Bad things can happen.
