did one in NY last year and this one now, not bad at all. it's a decent mix of upper body strength to climb over the obstacles and then running the 5k in-between. then add some waiting at the different obstacles for people to complete them. i definitely want to get a group and make it a day thing next year, there's music, tons of food and beer and then activities going on other than the race.
i finished in 43min, best time in my age group (<29 guys) was like 21min or so. which is a damn good 5k time let alone with walls and mud in the way!
