Sounds great, but why not try a different oil? The local Subaru dealer uses Rotella and my buddy that is the service tech says it's the cheapest oil the dealer can find. I tried to research Rotella and find its basically a cheap commercial oil. Maybe someone can find more accurate info than that.
I had a bad oil analysis at 31K and it predicted a seal going bad in a garrett turbo that ended up being a production run problem. I don't know about the copper issue, mine was iron.
