Approx 10K of the 32K total and @ 10K, the setup is butt-approved.

Last time I had the car up on a lift I checked them at my friend's shop and all was well.
I guess if I found an on-car shock testing machine, that would be the best way to confirm.
Annually, I average 10-15K a year but even at 25K you should be fine.
