So long as the timing belt/water pump maintenance has been done and all other things equal, I'd go for the lower mileage one.

I just spent roughly 2K on maintenance/repair at the 120K mark (120K Maintenance, Timing Belt/Water Pump, new radiator (old one cracked about a week earlier), fuel filter/fuel sensor
