These are very nice places. If you want land, then Snohomish is the spot. Farther away though (and you have to use Hwy 2/The Tressel which sucks because of Boeing traffic and everyone else who commutes into the I-5 corridor) than the other places. What's your budget? House? Appt? Rent a condo? Living style? Rural? City? There's so much to moving to a new area that a price and a location just aren't enough to give you some great ideas.
I'm sure you could get a 1500+ sqft house for $1500-$2000/mo in most of those areas. It's a big range because those areas are pretty different.
