So the wifey and I are deciding where we want to be stationed next year and the USS Nimitz in Everett, WA came up. We're moving from Virginia and the move date will be around March/April 2013. Anyone in the area that can provide some info? What are the areas should we avoid living? What should I expect to pay to live in a decent neighborhood?
