Don't mean to freak you out because my iron totals on another car jumped up when the turbo went bad. Looks you have a six, so thats not the problem and you aren't as high as mine were (40 iron count). Blackstone checks a lot of engines and when you are almost twice the average for the engine, something could be wrong. I would run another oil analysis at the next oil change and see if that was a one time deal.
