Pretty slick looking, but I agree with m sprank...price will probably be astronomical. Setup costs for injection molded plastics are not cheap and that will probably be reflected in the price.

Plus, while plastic has better thermal insulating properties than aluminum, i'd also be a bit concerned with the longevity of the parts and the threaded inserts...especially when exposed to constant heat cycling. I have 7+ years of experience as a professional BMW Level 1 Master tech and know the downsides to the heavy use of plastics which are exposed to heat cycling (BMW likes to use plastic for EVERYTHING these days). Ask any E36 or E46 owner that has had to replace a large chunk of the cooling system due to the plastic radiator end tanks, plastic expansion tank, plastic hose couplers, etc which become really brittle after all the heat cycling. Interested to see how those TGV deletes hold up after 50K+ miles...
