Did a little more work today. Put the new intake hose to the turbo on, the old one had a small tare on the turbo end.

Put the bottom together, oil cooler, cooler crossover tube and new hoses. Put the top water tube on. Then realized I had to put the valve cover water hoses on too. I want to replace them first, I'll order them tomorrow. Also need 8 crush washers for the oil feed banjo's and the water feed to the turbo banjo. They were not in the gasket kit.

I took bmx045 idea and cleaned up the underside of the TVG's too. That was a good idea.



Here's one of the intake ports after porting, there was more work done down around the valve pocket too. The exhaust side was all in the valve pocket.
