Well I posted the other day in the what did you do today thread.
This is my first Subaru. I LOVE wagons. I come from many years of old Quattros and swaps. so far ill i have needed is 2 screwdrivers a 10mm and 12mm.

This is a nice "stepping" out of the german world for me. bit burned out.
last Thursday I picked up a 1996 Brighton Wagon 224k 5speed. had a check engine light for a lean trim condition. first thing i did was synthetic oil change. new pvc check valve, ngk plugs, and a fuel filter. Also had a 1/4" hole in the exhaust right off the head. fixed that and the check engine light went out. passed ohio emissions check. cool.
Also visited a few pull-a-parts..snagged up a Tach, door, fender, outback bumpers, scooped hood, cup holder, radio, dual piston front calipers, and a rubber trunk liner. need one more door......then all fresh alpine paint. I will also repaint the stock non scooped hood to swap around to see what like best
also tossed on a set of 16" vw wheels i had laying around last night
