Oh and just to help you with the math here.... 1/3 of 60K is only 20K not 30K. So by that logic maybe you're willing to take 30K now [(15K + 20K) - 5K discount]??? I think there is some solid advice in this thread - perhaps selling locally is your best bet to avoid sticker shock from us south of the border...
