That is what I'm doing. 81k hard miles on my OEM block. It uses some oil but runs fantastic, passes emissions, and begs for me to floor it all the time. I've got $4k earmarked for a new build and can drive my Wrangler while the LGT is down. But it isn't going down until there is an issue and there isn't any. Then again... you make more power than I do...
