So I live up in Salt Lake City, UT around 4600 ft. I am running Cobb Stage 1 93 Octane on my 2010 GT and I notice that in Live Data under "Boost Target" it's only 15.1psi. Now when I read the map notes it says the boost target is 17.0psi +/- 1psi. Does anyone know if the ECU adjusts the boost target based on barometric pressure? Yes the ecu adjusts boost based on barometric pressure. It will reduce boost by a % value as shown in this table. The top line x axis is the barometric pressure. At 4600ft you are at roughly 12.4psi barometric pressure. So your ecu will begin lowering boost targets from 4000 rpm up.
