i actually was sick an fed up of having pretty bad brakes,
i'm pretty sure my trip from arizona to california going through the mountains glazed over my pads and was never seemed to get them back to normal.
I had my brakes done yesterday, and when i looked at my old brakes i had 5+mm of pad remaining all the way around. I don't understand what the issue was any form of braking with old pads and rear rotors cause horrible horrible noises, but new rear rotors seemed to stop the screeching when braking only. stopping performance improved 10 fold. i honestly had to re-learn my pedal and my neck is sore from getting used to, so obviously something was wrong with the old rear rotors and pads
unless upgrading from stock pads to EBC redstuff is supposed to cause neck jarring stopping....
i'm going to see if i can convince my roommate to hang out my back window recording the sound tonight
