It just sounds like your rotor rubbing on the brake pads. Drive kinda slow (15mph or so) and push the brake pedal while also accelerating a little bit. If the sound goes away then it is probably your brakes. If not, then it's probably the wheel bearing.

replaced rear rotors and pads today...
noise does go away with brake pedal depression but returns when let off
