Bryan suggested I put the stock turbo banjo bolt with the restrictor back in, just in case the oil pressure was pushing oil past the seals. Also check the PCV valve. Hopefully this is a simple fix.
Mike - It was WalkerLGT that I had in mind. Didn't sound like this fixed anything and his car was not one of the post turbo- or engine-failure replacements.
