Funny, $60/mo is what I pay for a 10x10 climate controlled storage unit to hold all our nice junk we have no room for. Can someone PM me if you know how to sell 1980s art at a decent price without too much trouble?
Anyways, great move on the garage. Can't fit a car in there though.
