I'm getting the same thing. A cartoonish sound like a cat screching but it lasts less than a second and seems to go away just as I've released the ignition key. Only happens when the car has sat overnight and the temperature is 35 or less.

Belts were changed two years ago and the power steering fluid changed around the same time.
