Next time, get something that lasts til the tread is gone like Michelin or Nokians. I am sure your first year on them will be awesome, but watch your wear and when it gets half tread you need to toss them.

I wouldn't worry too much about that top tread stuff, I had a set of blizzys on my last car(FWD) that i ran for 4-5 yrs, all the way down to 3 or 4/32. They still worked great in snow.
