The other option I had been leaning to was just putting winter tires on the factory rims and getting a summer set of wheels. Tough to decide between that or running 17s for winter and factory summer for now. Getting 17s would at least save me swapping the factory tires off the rims and paying to remount them on another set.
I bought them off a local-ish NASIOC member this summer. They got the factory nuts on there but the fit was extremely tight so I picked up a cheap set of autozone lug nuts that are a smaller diameter. I have no idea what to expect with them- I've never had snow tires nor aftermarket wheels and coming from 4x4s the tall sidewall always protected the wheel with potholes. We'll see.
