+1 to the above.
I've been using Purolator PL14610 or 14610 filters, did a UOA over winter where supposebly the filter would be in bypass mode the most, came back fine except some abnormal bearing wear. The Purolator filter bypass is rated for 14-18PSI. I've had UOAs come back on the OEM filter which showed contaminants in oil (silica, dirt). So I am undecided if I should stick to PL or not.
