1. Carefully take the bulb out of its packaging without scratching the bulb.
2. Wrap the bulb with some plastic food wraps, do not use painters tape or anything with any kind of adhesive because it will peel the chrome off the bulb.
3. See where the arrow is pointing at? Its a little square bump that prevents you from clicking the bulb into the socket and there is one of this square bump on both sides of the bulb.
I've no idea what genius over at Pilot designed this, but you'll need to carefully shave most of it off. Remember, theres one on each side.
