Damn, sorry to hear about the issues.
At least SOA is being responsive and communicating, and accepting that there *is* in fact an issue and not stonewalling.
Given the work performed and lack of permanent resolution and SOA statements, I can't help but suspect they have a drive geometry issue and are working on changing the design of one or more parts to permanently fix it, which would account for the delay.
The magnuson-moss warranty act (federal lemon law) is pretty cut-and-dry, regardless of any state laws. If their "permanent" fix fails to resolve the issue you should get a new car or full refund...
