In this vital position you will be serving customers with their Subaru needs. Your automotive knowledge combined with sales & C/S skills (and a genuine care for people), could bring an exciting, rewarding, growth opportunity for you. You will need: Subaru knowledge and/or experience (VERY STRONG), good understanding of performance modifications, better than average mechanical aptitude, basic computer familiarity.
Additional skills and experience to better qualify you: speak Spanish, Japanese or other foreign language, knowledge of automotive enthusiast forums. Along with 6 other team members, you will be spending 90% of your time utilizing the qualities mentioned above. We have a unique approach to continuous learning and personal development. We offer health benefits, 401K and other incentives. Your compensation will be 80% base (fixed) and 20% variable.
