I bought my LGT new in '06 and, although use the hell outta her, am always on top of routine maintenance.
Burnt an exhaust valve out at 100k last year, and the dealer charged me $2,500 to replace it (said the others on that side were fine) plus the timing belt (much more than the original estimate).
Subaru cut me a $500 check because they said the dealer's price was too high (go figure).
Now my check engine light is on, and I'm running rough again - at 107k miles... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Out of curiosity, did anyone check the injectors to make sure they are flowing the correct amount of fuel? Part of the dealer's diagnostic routine includes checking the injector of the cylinder that is giving the misfire.
