Picked the car up from another member on the forum in October and began the modifications shortly after it arrived home.
Its first picture
Project 1 Custom Sub Enclosure:
When I purchased the car it had come with a basstube in the trunk that robbed space and really just looked cheap. It was time for a change for my new car and it began with the thought of a custom fiber glass unit.
Work began the first weekend of ownership.
Project 2 Protune
Cobb Accesport purchased along with the Grimmspeed EBCS and all exhaust components installed and the car was ready to see the dyno.
I chose Agile Auto in Bel Air Md, for there friendly atmosphere and the knowledge that the owner Hill has for tuning Subarus.
A date was set, a fresh change of Oil with Amsoil and colder plugs were installed and the car was set up from the Dyno.
The car was said to have put down great numbers!! Power is smooth, linear and there no terrible transistion between open and closed loop like there was previously. I'm happy!!!
Its currently consistently hitting 18lbs and was slightly detuned due to a slipping clutch.
