Some people may say that putting HIDs in standard reflector headlights is okay but I will highly disagree as they are EXTREMELY bright. You're bound the piss off someone.
As far as acquiring projectors, there are people all over the place selling them. I would try this site first 'cause I see people selling stuff all the time. Just do a quick search to see if anyone is selling any. If not, I would recommend RPMGarage.com or eBay as there are almost always projectors for sale on there.
