Wikipedia suggests swapping for a head from a 325i, giving it an 8.3:1 compression ratio...perfect for ghettocharging! And we avoid any potential Lemons-esque "Noch Ein Scheiß-E30" stigma!

Alternatively, the wiki tuners claim that the post-'87 "Super Eta" can take 325i cams, springs, intake manifold, throttle, and ECU and put out 180-200hp and rev to 7500...
