^ The rear diff is easy (if you can get the drivers side cross member bolt out). There are threads about this.
The car has never been on a dyno. I have had Shamar do several different tunes on the car. The current tune is at about 230-240whp and 250-260tq on an airboy spread sheet. When I was in NYC and had 93 octane the car could hit higher. Looking to get it to Fontana and try a few 1/4 miles. With a little boost launch I am sure the car can hit mid to low 13's.
I know that with the current tune it BLOWS THE DOORS OFF my SpecB (stock). I have even taken out a 944 from a dead stop. He didn't know what the hell happened when I launched off the line.
Oh and I gave the keys to the wife last month when I picked up the Spec B.
