Was just thinking how this could work if you want to do the sequential turbo setup. You could find an ECU with the TT option, and use the wastegate duty control on the smaller turbo to actuate a diverter or bypass valve to the turbine of the bigger turbo. It could work so that it can send say 10% to small, 90% big, 70/30, 60/40, 98/2, something like that. This is just a thought as I am not a master custom TT builder, and I do not have a strong concept of how one would use a more traditional ECU to actuate a diverter. Anyways it could be an interesting way to do a custom setup like this.
