With enough money, sure, but then why not get a different car that can do the same thing without a nightmare of research, custom fabrication...

There was a similar thread at nasioc or iwsti a while back where someone proposed setting up the exhaust plumbing so that 100% of the exhaust flows through the big turbo 100% of the time, and the small turbo interrupts the exhaust stream only when needed. When the small turbo is active, the big turbo stays at least somewhat spooled.
I guess the big turbo's compressor outlet would probably just go into the small turbo's intake stream until the small one gets disengated.
At this point of course I'm just making sh!t up as I go along... If I had unlimited $ and time it'd be fun to try it.
