Okay, all the answers above are pretty spot-on. That wheel you pictured is a STi-badged BBS RE.
Formula Mesh are 22 pounds each. Stockers are 25-27, I think, depending on the style. We carry the Formula Mesh,
HERE. I don't carry BBS at this time -- they just rejiggered their US distribution, so things are a bit in flux with that. But they're very expensive, at $750+ per wheel -- 4x the Rota wheels.
The BBS are light, though, at under 18 pounds for the 18x8.5" wheel.
