You can use Konis with spec.b tophats but you need a certain size washer to take up the thickness difference between the bearing in the GT and spec.b tophats. Member Paisan did this with his Koni/Pinks.
BTW, Swifts are very low. My car was dropped 2.13"F/1.5"R with them. I would definitely consider trimming the bump stop or replacing it with a shorter stiffer version (Racecomp may be able to help you out with that).
