I did wipe it off, and it came back...
Everything ahead of it is dry. You can clearly see the spatter behind the x-member, but there's nothing in front of it.
I don't eat chips with olean, nor do I have any
personal 'leakage' problems...
It's almost as if someone's playing a joke, squirting some oil up there...
