Why? Because that's what you are used to? No wheel "belongs" on any car. Alloy wheels in general are basically jewelry for cars. It's all a matter of personal taste, and I think it's presumptuous to make categorical statements about what goes with what.
Time was, the cool thing was to have those black venetian-blind louvers on the outside of your rear glass.
What ever happened to that style? It's all a matter of fashion.
