I never heard the term 'ballooning" in reference to that fitment. Is ballooning the opposite of "Hellaflush?"

For buying new I would have suggested the Nokian WRG2, but they aren't sold by tirerack so a lot of people aren't familiar with them. You'll see a lot of them in your neck of the woods.
