  1. What is the current version of the Nav for a 2007 Legacy? It is 12.0 still? Or did they release a 13.0? Thanks
  2. Ok, thanks. Appreciate the advice. I do have a really noticeable and better brake feel with the steel braided lines, I'd recommend it. Maybe I should bleed my fluid and try a better fluid, I think its just a generic syn dot 4 in there.
  3. Ok cool, thanks guys. I should have mentioned that I have done some brake work on the car. I have steel braided lines, I have 4 DBA vented rotors, I have 4 Hawk high perf street pads.
  4. Hey, I heard a rumor yesterday at an Autocross event that I could put the STI Brake calipers on my 07 SpecB... Has anyone actually done this or know if it can be done? I guess its easier to say, can the STI Brake calipers go on a Legacy GT? As the SpecB and LGT have the same brakes, I believe...
  5. Hey guys, I posted as Raleigh a few years back, but I just moved to Charlotte. So now I'm posting as Charlotte....
  6. There was an autocross in Charlotte?
  7. Hey guys, another Raleigh person here, well more like Morrisville...but I'm up for a meet....
  8. Continuing the saga of my SpecB, Dealer got the map light in, took car in to have it replaced. Dealer ordered the wrong map light. They kept car overnight again to get correct part in. Finally installed the correct map light, and then they called me. They still found an abnormal drain on the battery. It's not just the hot to ground short from defective map light. They said they would investigate more. 2 days go by, they called me back. The verdict: Defective Engine Control Module! They said they would have to call SOA and see about what to do next. This is the third time I have been to the dealer about the same problem, car dying after being parked for 2 days. I really hope this ECM is it, otherwise the car is a Lemon! This is my 3rd Subaru, and I just can't believe this is happening... Sigh.
  9. I heard back from the dealer, and picked my car up. They had it for 3 days. The found a "hot to ground short" on the right map light. They ordered a new map light, saying this one was defective. New map light assembly comes next week.
  10. Just as a follow up to my other post: I got a call from the dealership again today, they want to "test" my car for a few days. They gave me a loaner and said they will park my car and let it sit till the battery dies so they can duplicate the problem and then fix it. I guess we will see what happens. I suggested the XM radio problem, and they just said they would test everything. I will post the results in a few days. Thanks guys.
  11. Hi everyone, I have been having the same problem with my 07 SpecB, which is completely stock and has only 2200 miles. Anytime the car is parked for more then 2 days, totally dead battery. This has happened to me 3 times. Totally dead, key fob will not even unlock doors. I have XM installed, but nothing else. Took car to dealer today, they found no problem (of course) they told me that I must have left the dome light on. I explained to them that leaving a light on is acutally impossible on 07 Subarus. They have "Anti-Battery Rundown Feature" the lights automatically turn off after 15 minutes. They told me to come back if it happens again. I guess we will see what happens.
