Solution. Suggestion was to put back the stock bulbs, as I had the stocks (high beams/fog lights) replaced about three years ago. The replacements did not look burnt out at all. Put the stocks back...

Last but not least, the fog lights no longer...

Last but not least, the fog lights no longer working. They wont even illuminate on the dashboard, meaning the the green indicator light does not show they are on.

When the take out the wiring with the bulb attached, as though I am going to change the bulb. The bulb will work when I put the headlights on, provided that it is outside of the headlight...

Anyone have this issue. The driver DRL isn't working. When I turn on the full light system, the DRL bulb works fine. What could it be?

I kind of regret getting mine, as I never really used it. If you maintain your vehicle, I would say no to it. The cars are pretty good.
