do you hear any noise of the motor? check and listen.,..if no noise at all check the switch and if you hear something it will probobly be the motor...both are not that expensive...

check engine light is on, as probobly many of you imagined :-))
just did emission test, passed on perfectely...
changed oxygen sensor 2 days ago, what else could it be?
