Bosal uppipe developed a crack (weld I guess) underneath heat shield.

I've checked those places already - not manifold...

I've checked those places already - not manifold to engine, not manifold to uppipe,
not O2 sensor. Leak is small enough that I can not locate it just by listening while my son is revving the engine....

Maybe that hose got loose at throttle end after all that twisting of intercooler to get it out - I never checked really,...

It's just a piece of rubber flex. hose. Maybe he's talking about throttle body

When I use brakes - no sound whatsoever.
I just compare it to the brake squeal because it's close to that sound, just higher pitch....

Not sure what "piece of rubber" you're talking about, but it's really high pitch
(higher than brake squeal) and I couldn't pinpoint exact location.
Usually it happens in third gear at lower speeds...

yes, I'm at stage2, no other mods - just up/down pipe.
I also start to think that it's turbo related rather than exhaust,
but never heard those sounds before - and I'm at stage2 for over a year...

I need a little help diagnosing this.
I hear high pitch noise (almost same as brake pads squeak),
but only when engine is fully warmed up-no noise at all when cold.
