This is not the up-pipe IMO. I have one if you need it.

This looks like warped turbo seals. It could also be oil return line loose.

Remove the CAI immediately and replace with stock parts....

Do you live near a larger Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.? Go in and ask someone in tools to show you the punches. Bring the pedal assembly with you and size the punch to match the size of the hole.
