Sorry, yeah there is a little tab you have to lower to get the pin to slide out. I used a pick tool to get the tab down.

That looks right. Just make sure to replace the ground in the harness of the FPCM with equal gauge wire as the 12V wire from the relay. The ground is just as important as the new 12V power wire.

Cold, the harness is actually labeled on what does what. The only two wires you need to be concerned about are the B+ and E. B+ needs to go to the relay and earth is ground. Both need thicker gauge...

I drove my car for about 3 days without the check...

I drove my car for about 3 days without the check valve. Just be very careful when you are coming off boost and pressing the brakes. You will not have brakes for a split second after coming off...

I got it used but they are different parts completely. One being from a 2002+ Imprezza to one for a newer generation Legacy.

Actually running boost into the booster will give you the opposite...

Just a FYI - I finally got the car running again....

Just a FYI - I finally got the car running again. OMG what a difference the STi MBC/Booster made on my car. It is night and day. No more mushy brakes or parachute effect for me. Great $60 upgrade:)

Stock rode should be fine with your pwoer goals. If you want a little insurance, get a set of Eagle or Scat rods. They are cheap, stronger than stock, and reliable.
