A good set of bulbs will run you at least 35 bucks and will marginally improve the light output, mostly will just change that "yellow" closer to white. LED's...

check the fuel pump assembly, not sure if h4 had the same design as h6 but there is a fuel filter cap that is prone to cracking thus not building proper fuel pressure. Depends on level of cracking...
