What type of gaskets did you use? If you used the cheap ones with a filler they blow out really easy. I always use exhaust gaskets from subaru

On my WRX I had grimmspeed headers/uppipe and bought an ebay downpipe. Fabbing the cat back is very easy if you buy mandrel bent 3" pipe. just make sure you get a good grade of stainless and weld it...
