i have emailed AVO, to see what theyll say about this, because like chefrace said, the material used require ALOT of excessive torque to crack this. i torqued to 13 lbs, which shouldnt cause this...

I got an adapter because it was rubbing on the clutch master banjo bolt.. Im going to take it to a shop tomorrow, but i guess i shouldn't use the adaptor after getting it welded

I used one, and set it to 13 lbs im thinking the adaptor mightve caused this since its smaller than the tmic flange (surface area).
