O2 sensor failing

Hey all, replaced o2 sensor due to cel, now getting p0134 code and can not figure out why? Any ideas???? Not sure of exact location of fuse but checked all of them and they look good. Wiring looks...

We are flushing the engine now. We bought feed line with large filter in it. Just not sure what else to do or why pressure readings would be all over the, place?
