yes, it is bronze with 40% gloss i think. i wanted to make it matte bronze but i had to pay extra 30 buck extra per rim on top of $50.

I still like them though.;)

I thought that the reason for faster flashing is the higher current that goes true the relay... but yea it may not hurt anything but the front regular bulbs for the turn signal to burn out...

That info lets me to exhale a bit :) I use HIDs on my low beans only. I would not put on high beans cuz i barely use them.

i have read that for engine that is recommended regular, even if you use premium, car wont run "faster" but the quality of the gas is better and gives better life of the engine.

Actually I knew that V1 would be very sensitive in the city. I still bought it cuz I was looking for a radar detector that suits me at best while driving(speeding) on Mass/Vermont/NewHampshire...
