1. Buy a metal filler (I used Aluminox)

That's the same lip I got. Bayson R is good stuff and they don't fold the lip up in a tiny box like some vendors do.

I was looking around on eBay for honeycomb material and came across the following grilles that might fit since the Crown Vic grille is a bit too small.
